About Us
The Healing and Wellness Center has been serving the Seacoast and Hampton Area for 14 years. Previously associated with the Exeter Hospital Massage Therapy program.
Owner and operator, Judith Harrington has 14 years of massage therapy experience. She is a Holistic Health Practioner and a Personal Fitness Trainer with 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Also, served as a massage therapist in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and a massage therapist to the US Aerobic Team. She was a massage therapist at the Golden Door Spa in California.
A graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute, Judith continues her education in both Western and Eastern massage techniques.
Judith is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Also, a member of the American Council on Exercise and certified by ACE. She is certified as a Fitness Specialist by the Cooper Institute. Judy is the Education Chair for the AMTA-NH Chapter.
Judith specializes in a wide variety of massage techniques with a focus on common injuries. Our team of therapists all have advanced training techniques for common injuries and will tailor your massage specifically to your needs. Please see the Massage Menu for details.
